I exercised a boundary. Now let’s work through the uncomfortable feelings, together. I exercised a boundary. Needed, because I was uncomfortable. Now you are uncomfortable because of it and I am uncomfortable in a new way. Surprising to realize discomfort is nothing to fear or avoid it’s to address. Help, please.
