You are more than the condition of your wardrobe.

You are more than your very real aches and pains.

You are more than your job description.
You are more than what you see in the media.
You are more than the state of your house.
You are more than the contents of your fridge.
You are more than your family role.
You are more than your failures. You are more than your successes.
You are more than what you think. You are more than what you see.
You are holy.
You are divine.
You are expansive.
You ARE.
And what is needed, is You.
We may have heard all of this before, but it always helps to hear it again. Just like hearing “I love you,” it’s not a one-and-done! Let’s consider this message a ginormous, cosmic I Love You.
So, what’s going on right now? For me, I continue to struggle with diagnosing digestive causes that are resulting in painful, cystic acne. I need the reminder that I am more than my skin.
