Sacred Vessels

So here’s the deal. If you make God your Source for all financial, emotional, and spiritual abundance, you open yourself to unexpected, unlimited good. Each individual person, place, or thing is just the temporary, transitory form the Divine uses to bring what you need.

Tosha Silver, Outrageous Openness: Letting the Divine Take the Lead

Isn’t this fabulous news??

It’s not our spouses, our children, our friends, our boss, or the person at the lottery ticket counter that our blessings do (or seemingly don’t) come from. They simply come through them.

We can simply appreciate it when it does work out that way.

This lets us take the pressure off of the people in our lives. We get to release ourselves from putting that responsibility on them in the first place. And on us.

About time, too, to be honest with myself.

Looky there — I just became even more emotionally abundant with that awareness.

Your minister, for your spiritual expansion? Where do you misplace a similar burden on yourself, for another?
