Consciousness evolution, in three phases

I’ve been learning about consciousness, and how we are moving through evolution into higher levels. Specifically, 3D, 4D, and 5D. This is happening to humanity on a group level, because it’s happening more and more on an individual one.
First let’s look at a nugget descripton of each of these. Once we’ve got the basic gist of it, we can then choose how we wish to move through life based on each of these levels of consciousness.
*SPOILER ALERT* None of these levels of consciousness are inherently better than another, simply different. The point is, we get to choose that which we want for ourselves in any given situation. The gift? When we don’t like what we chose (you know, when we feel kind of crappy), now that we are aware, we can simply choose again!
Oh, and Part Two of the spoiler? It’s not linear; we move back and forth through them all. So please, let’s not beat ourselves up for when we “slip” “back” to what we think we have already overcome. It’s a journey!
Okay, here we go —
3D
This is the consciousness of duality, polarity, good and bad, right and wrong. We see ourselves in our individuality, separate from others. We also value achievement, getting our fair share, and doing The Things correctly. We rely on our physical senses, and our reality is what is given to us. There’s a lot of joy and fufillment in 3D! We are on top of our game, but deeper emotions can be confusing and difficult to manage so we gravitate toward staying in our comfort zone with a sense of control and responsibility.
4D
This is the consciousness of everything and everyone is connected. There’s more to life than what meets the eye. There is enough for everyone. Our thoughts have an influence on our experienced reality. We still experience duality, but we have more compassion and understanding behind it. Purpose, passions, and our own inherent worthiness are discovered. We value intuition, seek deeper meaning, and begin to see the synchronicities.
5D
Not only are we all connected, but we are all One. Life is growth and expansion. There is unlimited supply for all. There is no good and bad, only experience, which is seen as information and learning. Everything has a higher purpose, and for only our good. Everything has meaning. There are even stronger feelings of love and connectedness, and we realize that everyone is on their own journey. We encourage and value ourselves and others to be their true, authentic selves. There is room for all. We Know that we are each simply operating from our various and current levels of consciousness at the same time, together.
So, how does this translate into daily living?
I’m so glad you asked. Here’s what I have been learning and exeperiencing:
3D — I do it differently than the way you do. (There’s more than one way to approach this situation.)
4D — I just want to be understood. (You don’t have to agree with me, but can you please hear me out?)
5D — There is nothing to fix. (There never was.)
Bear with me as I put this into an example scenario. Let’s say our spouse (or other dear friend) is being a world-class a**hole in this particular moment. (Never mind that they may be reacting to the fact that we’ve maybe unknowingly done or said something that triggered them…!) Here is what our mental steps through the levels of consciousness might look a bit like:
3D — “Wow, are they being an a**hole.”
4D — “Wow, I understand that they must be really tired and stressed right now, to be acting this way.”
5D — “Oh. This has nothing to do with me.” And our attention just goes… Elsewhere. It’s a non-issue.
Now, how about us?
It’s easier to see when others are being less than their best, but how about when it’s us? Here’s another way to look at ourselves through these levels of consciousness:
3D — I need you to change (your behavior).
4D — I need you to understand (my point of view).
5D — I need nothing, we are already holy together as we are.
I’m gonna sit with this for a bit…
How about you? What are your Aha’s? Your Holy Wows? Your WTFs?
