Simply Be

Simply Be

Take a moment

to stop doing

and to simply

Be.

Take a moment

to stop thinking

and to simply

Be.

Take a moment

to stop worrying

and simply

Be.

Take a moment

to stop planning

and simply

Be.

Be with your breath.

Be with your body.

Be with this moment.

Take a deep breath in

hold it

and release your breath.

Releasing with it

the tension

you feel within your body.

Take a deep breath in

hold

and release

the tension

accumulating

in your body.

Take a moment

in silence

and awareness

to simply

Be.
